  1. Honorable CM ,
I have no doubt about your sincerity and commitment to the vital project of clean drinking water for the people of Punjab.
Unfortunately your team is keeping you in the dark
About two years have gone ,half the budget has been consumed, yet we need to see
the first drop of clean drinking water

Kindly ask them to start the
    1. start supply from the first 10 -20 villages immediately
    2. we see water running and ppl drinking
    3. Learn from the issues
    4. fix them
    5. and at the end of your government’s this tenure, we see all schemes running successfully

I am afraid the present project may not face the same fate at the previous two big initiatives like CDWI, and CDWA when a full ministry was made for the supply and we now have some hundred non functional filtration Plants.Supposed to meet the national demand.
Put some one who knows the job !

    M Jahangir
